  • How do I return/exchange a product?
    • We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. We know you'll love the quality of our clothes, so please have no fear and try us out today!

      If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days, we are here to help. As long as the item(s) are unworn, there are no questions asked.

      Returns are subject to refund minus actual shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping back to us for returns and exchanges.

  • How long until my order ships?
    • To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we process daily during regular business hours Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm). Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours from our central location in Columbus, Ohio.
  • How do I make changes to my order?
    • In order to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we process orders every hour during regular business hours Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm). Since we print so often, it is important to contact us as soon as your order is placed in order to make any changes.

      However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order.
