You have 30 days to try on and exchange/return your new apparel. No questions asked and stress free. That's how much we know you'll love our apparel! 

**On mugs and home goods we can't take back unless an error was made.

We can send you a USPS label to print, no problem. We ask you put it in the mail 5 days from receipt. All returns will have the USPS shipping rate of $5 deducted from the return. For Exchanges, one  label is on the house.

Please wash in COLD WATER and air or tumble dry on LOW HEAT. Do NOT iron over the design.

*Heat is the enemy of cotton.

We process orders Monday - Friday. We are home on the weekends or out in some fun Ohio city! Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. During the winter holiday season, it may take 3-5 days for orders to be shipped.

If there is a size or shipping address mixup, please contact us asap and we will do our best to update your order.

Sometimes orders are marked by the post office as delivered but don't arrive until the following day. We recommend you first call your local post office with your tracking number. If they can't help please contact us asap.
